Introduction

No community can exist with acess to and from it. Some survive with little foot paths to them. While we want to downsize or get out of the grid, we don't want to resort to some jugle-like village either.

Many roads today, merely make do. Are their better technologies to be incorporated?

where will our water come from? How will we mange the water supplies, but aslo the waste water? Do we set up a means whereby we can re-use grey water for sprinkler systems, after passing through erobic waste mangement systems?

What of our energy? Electricity? Gas? Solar? Most wind energy systems around today, especillay on a large scale are not cost effective. They can only continue through government subsidies. in other words, they are unprofitable in many ways. They have to be artificially supported.
